At Smoke and Mirrors Hobby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
